Upload Commio Configure Numbers CSV
Upload the full CSV every time. Only new unique numbers insert; existing numbers update metadata and assigned users stay untouched.
Safe import rules
These rules protect Workspace Admin data.
1Phone numbers are normalized to +1XXXXXXXXXX and compared against existing DB numbers.
2Duplicate rows in the CSV are skipped automatically.
3Already assigned numbers keep workspace/user/status fields unchanged.
4New numbers are inserted as available, owned, active inventory, so admin workspace can assign them.

These values can be used by Finance and Logs pages for expense/profit formulas.
